my little brother & his wife had fun shooting in the lightly falling snow. at times, i found myself wishing for heavier amounts (for ultra romantic wintry images); perhaps another day. however, i am continually drooling over this opening image… it’s beauty-fularen’t they gooey-sweet? mikey wasn’t thrilled about kickin’ off shoes but i loved the bare feeti enjoy these love birds & am thankful their in our lives – thanks M & L – xoxo
Elder (Austin) Hansen left home to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Oct 12, 2011. luckily, i snagged him just moments, (literally), before his departureall his bags are packed & he’s ready to go
i felt this image (above) was quite unique; i was diggin’ the faded letters & texture of this wall. then Austin leaned against it casually, to think upon his book; i couldn’t resisthe was at complete ease in front of my lens & couldn’t be more handsome rocking that purple tie
Now that Fall has arrived, I will be grabbing our jackets & hats to keep warm on those crispy mornings. Thankfully, I have a very talented friend, Tara (who I lovingly call Miss Tara Sue) who made these super fun hats. But I can’t keep her talents to myself. Emmett’s hat is one of a kind! I chose the colors & asked for a “monster”. Tara asked questions re: expression (happy, sad, scary), teeth, etc. Every aspect of this kiddo’s hat, down to the ear flaps & tassels, is completely custom.
I personally love myself a fun hat! I will be sporting this piece often. The flower is removable & came with 3 other fun colors; in bright green, red, & purple.
Momma’s flirty hat w/ 4 flowers $15.00 (score!)
Tara has many other designs & welcomes customizing for her clients
